OLI-CRYL 40.55 I Two-component colour lacquer

The product

Our new solvent-bases two-component acrylic colour lacquer for coloured furniture coatings is of excellent high-build quality and lightfastness. The lacquer coat has a high opacity and resistance against chemical and mechanical wear. OLI-CRYL 40.55 | 2c colour lacquer is to be used with OLI-CRYL hardener 11.4 (at a ratio of 10:1). For the top coat and the enhancement of the ring resistance, we recommend our OLI-CRYL 25.50 | 2c clear coat.

Surface preparation:

The surface must be dry, thoroughly cleaned and free of oil, wax, grease, silicon and sanding dust.
Graded wood sanding with grit 150/180. The finer the sanding, the lesser the wood roughens. Filler sanding with grit 240/280/320, respectively.

Setup recommendations:

Apply a priming coat of OLI-CRYL 40.40 I 2c Filler/Insulating filler, 150-250 g/sqm.
After drying, intermediate sanding with grit 240/280/320.
Apply a coat of OLI-CRYL 40.55 I 2c colour lacquer, 130 g/sqm.
After 20-30 min drying, apply a top coat of OLI-CRYL 25.50 | 2c clear coat (wet in wet), approx.
